1. What were some of the things you did well last year and planned to continue doing this year?

I scored very well in mathematics and mother tongue last year, and I plan to keep scoring well in mathematics and mother tongue every year but I must study very hard every year...

2. What were some of the things you did not do well last year?

I did not score very well in english and science last year, but from this year onwards, I will work very hard to score well in these subjects.

3. How do you plan to improve on them this year?

I plan to work very very hard this year and the years ahead.

4. What are the two main things you want to do this year to improve your learning?

The two main things are reading more books and doing more work.

5. How do you plan to accomplish them?

I plan to read many books to improve my english and science.

6. Who do you think can help you accomplished your plan?

I think my parents and the teachers can help me.
